This apartment in Knokke was bought for a combination of personal use and holiday lets. The owner entrusted the interior to Uptone, with attention to the available budget and the practical needs of both uses.
Washable quality paint makes maintenance easier. Light grey linen curtains give the living spaces a soft feel, while a black wooden blind provides extra privacy in the dining area. The bedrooms were fitted with blackout Roman blinds.
Dimmable LED lighting lets the residents adjust the brightness. Furniture, home accessories and linen were also included in the interior.
